shopdental is intended for use by U.S. dental practices, groups, and DSOs and the people they authorize. Don't use the service to violate the terms of any supplier or to place orders you aren't authorized to place.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials safe; enable MFA.
Pricing & ordering
shopdental is free for practices and groups. Order placement is provided on a best-effort basis once available; supplier prices, taxes, shipping, and stock are controlled by the underlying supplier and may change between cart and confirmation.
Confidentiality & data
We protect your account information and supplier credentials per our Privacy Policy and our Security commitments. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be used to improve the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months — for free accounts, $100.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or supplier terms.
